AI Solution Engineer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced AI Engineer, who will expand our team and help us push the boundaries of artificial intelligence utilization in software development. In this role, you will not only have the opportunity to design and develop AI solutions, but also to consult and pass on your knowledge to other developers. • Research and development of AI tools and models: You will have space to test and develop AI tools that facilitate the work of developers.
• Implementation of AI into real-world development: You will help with the deployment of AI tools and methods into everyday practice with the aim of increasing developer productivity and efficiency.
• Knowledge sharing: You will lead workshops, webinars, training sessions, and individual consultations – not only for colleagues but also for our clients.
• Public speaking: Lectures at conferences or community events focused on AI and software development await you.
• Building an AI community: You will join our active AI community and help develop and maintain a knowledge base for other companies and teams.

• Senior experience as a developer (min. 5 years of experience in commercial software development).
• Experience in AI/ML development
• Knowledge of Python, or another relevant language or framework (TypeScript, Node.js)
• Knowledge of libraries and cloud services related to AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Practice with consultations and training: You can explain technical topics clearly, you enjoy speaking in front of people and leading workshops or presentations. For example, experience with mentoring is definitely an advantage.
• Ability to keep up with AI trends and implement them into various types of projects (from code reviews to deploying models into production).
• Czech at a minimum C2 level
• English at a minimum C1 level

• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
• Experience in creating AI agents or workflows.
• Knowledge of product domain in API/OAS.
