Our team is still quite small (there are 10 of us). But that doesn't mean you'll only see us in the office; we were created under the wings of turquoise companies Applifting (there are almost 170 of them) and we share with them not only an open culturebut also offices in the very 💙 of Karlín.

We're currently looking for developers for an already-running US scale-up project that is changing the way businesses tackle identity and access management with AI. You'll build SDKs and integration solutions that automate security for thousands of organizations. The entire project combines modern AI-powered analytics with high-performance architecture.

There are currently four developers, a team lead and a Scrum Master on the project. You will have the chance to share your knowledge with your colleagues and at the same time try working on a structured agile project.

• Knowledge of Python 3.
• Development experience API a SDK.
• Knowledge of integration standards - REST, GraphQL.
• Orientation in Docker a containerization.
• You know how to spell asynchronous code.
• Knowledge of databases and backend development (for long-term growth in the team)
• Motivation to learn new languages and technologies.
• English at B2 level - the team is Czech speaking, but the project is communicated in English.

Jirka: Senior full-stack developer. Jirka has been with us for a little over half a year, but has immediately become a full-fledged member of the team. He has experience in hardware development in addition to traditional software development. He writes his own newsletter about Python. In his spare time he develops his own app or climbs a wall somewhere.

Martin: Also a senior full-stack developer. Martin works mostly remote from Slovakia, but it's always worth it when he comes. He has worked with a lot of technologies from Javascript, Go to Python.

Honza: He'll be your team leader. A full-stack developer who has over a decade of development experience in all different technologies. He is also proficient in design, loves photography and travelling.

In DX Heroes we have transparent wages based on a clearly defined set of skills. So you always know what to work on to move up.

For this position we offer from 65 000 CZK to 126 000 CZK. There's always a deal to be made, so don't be afraid to write and talk about the possibilities.
