AI Developer

Your job will be to help companies adopt AI so that they can be more efficient and work effectively with AI. You'll help analyze processes, iterate on designing new solutions, develop processes to support AI (e.g. custom MCP servers), do advanced prompt engineering, and create integrations and automations.

You're going to make companies move to higher level of digitisation and gain a major competitive advantage.

• Research and development of AI tools: You will have the space to test and develop tools to support AI.
• Implementing AI into IT processes: You will help deploy AI tools and methods into daily practice to increase developer productivity and efficiency.
• Sharing experience: You will participate in workshops, training sessions, webinars and individual consultations.
• Building an AI community: You will join our AI community and help develop and maintain our knowledge base.
• Technical materials and prototypesa: You will help prepare documents and prototypes for training.
• Process automation: You will design and set up automations in Make, Zapier or n8n.

• Practical work with LLM models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Cursor, Copilot and similar).
• Develop software, work with git, work with API, automation.
• TypeScript or Python: you have practical experience with a project in these languages. Ideally in Node.js, NestJS or Next.js
• Overlap to FE, ideally full-stack and or interested in growing into it.
• Prompt engineering and context engineering.
• Basics of data structures and SQL
• A basic overview of the AI ecosystem: LLM, tools, no/low-code platforms, MCP servers.
• Ability or interest in keeping up with AI trends
• Experience with CI/CD and agile methodologies.
• Pass on your knowledge and, over time, perhaps present it to clients in training and workshops.
• English at min. B2.
