AI consultant

Your job will be to help companies adopt AI so that they can be more efficient and work effectively with AI. You will analyze processes, design new solutions, train employees and consult.

Thanks to you, companies will move to higher level of digitisation and gain a major competitive advantage.

• Sharing experiencea: You will lead workshops, trainings, webinars and individual consultations.
• Public presentations: You can expect presentations at conferences or community events focused on AI and IT.
• Building an AI community: You will join our active AI community and help develop and maintain our knowledge base.
• Implementation of AI into IT processes: You'll help deploy AI tools and methods into daily practice to increase developer productivity and efficiency.
• Research and development of AI tools and models: You will have the space to test and develop AI tools.

• Practical work with LLM models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and similar).
• Develop software, work with Git, manage the entire SDLC of the application, work with APIs, automation.
• Prompt engineering and context engineering.
• Data structures and SQL
• Have an overview of the AI ecosystem: LLM, tools, no/low-code platforms, MCP servers.
• Listen to the business and translate client needs into functional solutions.
• Explaining complicated things understandable to management and employees.
• Present, explain, lead workshops, design thinking.
• English at min. B2.
