Product Developer (React + AI)

We're building products at the intersection of developer experience and AI. Plantory, slide.dev, and Local MCP Gateway are gaining traction — and we need someone to help push them forward. We're looking for a developer who wants to not just code, but think about the product.

What will your job be

You'll develop and grow our internal products. AI tools aren't nice-to-have — they're the foundation of your workflow.

• Plantory: Top priority — a platform that's already generating revenue. New features, bugfixes, testing.
• slide.dev: Generating presentations from Markdown in React with Tailwind. Feature completion, UI polish.
• DX Heroes website: Minor adjustments and new content.
• Local MCP Gateway: Occasional work on the AI tool aggregator (NestJS, Prisma, MCP SDK) — if it catches your interest.
• AI-first development: We expect you to actively use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools. You don't write everything by hand — AI is your copilot.

What we expect from you

• React + TypeScript — solid foundation, you don't need to be a senior.
• Tailwind CSS — practical experience.
• Ability to ship: Pick up a task from GitHub Issues and get it done — without hand-holding.
• Product thinking: Not just 'how to build it', but 'why are we building it and for whom'.
• AI-assisted development: Active use of Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools.
• Bonus: NestJS, Prisma, experience with MCP protocol.
• You don't need to check every box — if this sounds interesting, reach out.

DX Heroes is a tech company helping clients with web application development, AI solutions, and IT training. We work with companies like Česká spořitelna, Heureka, and TV Nova. We're part of the Applifting Group — over 160 IT specialists combined. Our products are built on open-source and the MCP ecosystem.

Compensation

We offer freelance collaboration (IČO) in the range of 40,000 – 50,000 CZK per month, depending on workload and experience. The commitment is 15–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
