This is where we stop talking and start doing. After WS2 you'll have Cowork or Copilot connected to your internal system and a custom skill built for your specific work.
Companies that completed WS1 (or already have their own use case map) and now want to bring AI into real work. Ideally 10–15 people split into two groups:
- Group 1 (biz): sales, marketing, operations, sales support, product managers.
- Group 2 (tech): developers, architects, security, IT operations.
Important: someone in the group must be an admin in your Claude organization or Microsoft tenant.
- Cowork (or Copilot) installed and configured for all participants.
- One MCP server connected to your system (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, or a trial Dynamics instance).
- A custom skill for one recurring use case (e.g. competitive analysis, proposal prep).
- A clear model of how the architecture fits together — skill, plugin, agent, MCP, dispatch, scheduled task, working output.
- A Cowork vs. Copilot decision backed by concrete demonstrations of what each tool can do.
Morning (everyone together):
- Live Cowork demo and key concepts, no slides.
- Practical work on your first skill.
- Practical MCP server connection.
Afternoon (two parallel tracks):
- Biz track: Cowork on your business use cases, custom skills, dispatch, scheduled tasks, working outputs.
- Tech track: MCP server anatomy, connection to your real system, build vs. buy discussion.
Closing: joint wrap-up where each track shows what they built.
- Format: on-demand, delivered for one company at a time. Public dates announced ad hoc.
- Max participants: 15
- Location: Applifting Meetup Space, Prague — Karlín. Private on-site runs possible.
- Price: from 90,000 CZK ex-VAT for the whole group.
- Trainers: Prokop Šimek, Matyáš Křeček, Karel Smutný.
We send a checklist a week ahead — Cowork install for everyone, admin access verification, Cowork vs. Copilot decision. We help with all of it.
