AI Solution Engineer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced AI Engineerthat will expand our team and help us push the boundaries of AI in software development. In this role, you will not only have the opportunity to design and develop AI solutions, but also consult and pass on your knowledge to other developers. • Research and development of AI tools and models: You'll have the space to test and develop AI tools that make developers' jobs easier.
• Implementing AI in real development: You will help deploy AI tools and methods into everyday practice to increase developer productivity and efficiency.
• Sharing know-how: You will lead workshops, webinars, training sessions and individual consultations - not only for colleagues, but also for our customers.
• Public presentation: You can expect presentations at conferences or community events focused on AI and software development.
• Building an AI community: You will join our active AI community and help develop and maintain the knowledge base for other companies and teams.

• Senior experience as a developer (min. 5 years of experience in commercial software development).
• Experience in AI/ML development
• Knowledge of Python, or another relevant language or framework (TypeScript, Node.js)
• Knowledge of AI/ML related libraries and cloud services (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Practice with consultation and training: You can explain technical topics clearly, you enjoy speaking in front of people and leading workshops or presentations. For example, experience in mentoring is definitely an advantage.
• Ability to keep up with AI trends and implement them in different types of projects (from code reviews to deploying models into production).
• Czech at min. C2
• English at min. C1

• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD and agile methodologies.
• Experience with creating AI agents or workflows.
• Product domain knowledge in API/OAS.
