AI adoption for product, HR, marketing and back office

"What I liked most about the workshop was how interactive it was. From the beginning to the end, we were making things realistically, with our own hands, so I could immediately feel everything in practice."
"I liked the fact that it was a real project with a real goal that is imaginable for us, so we can improve it more easily ourselves. I especially appreciated connecting as many tools as possible to the whole flow from generation to editing and database setup/automation to versioning to deploy."
"I really liked that it covered basically everything. We didn't really go into details, but we did a different part with each tool - Lovable did the frontend, Airtable provided the databases, Vercel provided the hosting, Make did the integrations, and with GitHub Copilot we tightened up the backend."
Teams such as HR, marketing or back office are often faced with routine work that can be automated or streamlined with AI, without having to write a line of code themselves.
If teams don't know what their options are, they don't even come up with ideas on how to improve their work.
Our goal was to show teams with no development experience the possibilities of using AI and automation. When they have the right tools at hand, they can use them to simplify routine work, speed up common tasks - and even build their own app.
Thanks to practical demonstrations, they could try it out right away - and, more importantly, understand where it makes sense for them in their own work.
During the half-day training, we gave representatives from the HR, marketing and back office teams:

The training helped to expand AI competencies beyond IT. Participants not only took away knowledge, but also a desire to use the tools in their work and to find new ways to change their processes.
They know they can do a lot of things themselves - without developers and without waiting for IT.
They see that building a simple app or automation is not unattainable, but it's something they can really do themselves. And because of that, they come up with their own ideas for improvement.
This completely changes the way companies operate - and frees up the hands of employees.
AI thus spreads quickly and naturally across the company. And that's exactly what you need if you don't want your digitalisation to remain on paper.
